Value Added Service

FOC Schematic Generation

We provided our customers with additional value by including schematic creation services free of charge. This service involves migrating from one tester platform to another, converting from one product variant to another, and converting Final Test to Wafer Sort schematics.

FOC Schematic Revision

We offer assistance during the hardware development and debugging stages by revising and updating schematics, thereby easing the customer’s workload and allowing them to focus on other technical tasks.

FOC PCB Layout Design Change

We are pleased to offer free-of-charge engineering changes that may arise during the board layout stage. Given the dynamic nature of product design changes during the development stage to meet market demands, the test hardware design is often affected. Rest assured that we are committed to working with you to ensure that any necessary engineering changes are implemented seamlessly.

FOC New Electronic Parts, Electronic Modules and Instrument Review and Technical Advices

We understand that selecting the right electronic part, module, or instrument to support a test can be a challenging and time-consuming process. That’s why we offer our expertise to test engineers by reviewing and providing technical advice, suggesting options, and sharing application ideas. To ensure that our customers have the best possible test solution, we take a comprehensive approach, which involves studying the relevant datasheets, conducting in-depth conversations and discussions, and answering any questions that may arise. Our goal is to make this process as efficient and effective as possible, saving our customers time and hassle.

Sharing Customer’s Generic Test Hardware to Related Engineer

We understand that some of our customers’ generic test hardware may not be familiar to all test engineers, particularly those working in different locations or technical teams. To ensure that our customers get the most out of their hardware, we are always available to share information and explain connections, pinouts, and configurations to engineers who may have questions. Our aim is to provide support whenever it is needed, empowering our customers to use their hardware with confidence and ease.

Co-ordination Among Customer’s Vendors

In addition to the board itself, a complete test solution typically requires probe spiders, contactors, mechanical mounting, and other components. Coordinating the various aspects of a test solution, such as design limitations, specifications, and scheduling, can be a complex process involving multiple vendors. To save our customers valuable time, we often act as a liaison between them and their vendors, helping to manage these coordination efforts.

Test Instrument Circuit Design

As semiconductor technology continues to evolve rapidly, existing testers may not always have the necessary instrumental functions to effectively test new IC functions. To bridge this gap, we offer support by designing simple instrumental circuits that can be integrated onto the loadboard or probe card to enable effective testing. Our team of experts works closely with customers to design and implement these circuits, ensuring that they meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer’s unique test solution.

Spare Part Support

Most of the time the spare parts for boards were supplied to customer FOC upon request. This saves a lot of manpower for customer to source, buying, store and inventory the spare parts, which easily go thousand types/values.

FOC PCB Manual Wirings / Modifications

There might be circuit changes required after debugging or additional of test functions. Most of the time we provide this service FOC.

On-site Support / Troubleshooting

Test hardware may not always work as per expectation. We provide on-site support when needed.
